Nick was the serviceman who worked on my pool/spa and he is my HERO. My fiberglass pool/spa turned completely brown over night and the stain adhered to the fiberglass. I thought it was permanently ruined. Nothing I did helped at all. When I called the business, Nick came right away to look at it and explained that the metal minerals in the water had leached onto the fiberglass. He came every day for 5 days to put in the appropriate chemicals to continue to break up the buildup of minerals and clear the water and to continually scrub at the stain. After 5 days of his efforts, my pool is usable once again and looks nearly brand new. He was so patient and took time to explain everything to me. I was very distraught and he calmed my fears and he fixed my pool. Hurrah for NICK. He is my HERO.
We have a vinal liner pool making it more challenging to maintain. Despite that, our pool service guy, Luis has done any excellent job maintaining everything and even noticed a gas leak coming from an outdoor BBQ, which he promptly fixed! Good job, and way to go Luis!
Golden State Pools rescued us when our last pool company switched hands and the new owners took less than stellar care of our pool, resulting in a murky pool that the pool company swore would take a couple thousand dollars and weeks of maintenance to fix. Golden State Pools had our pool sparkling again in one service at a cost that was one tenth of what the previous pool company quoted. Our pool has has been gorgeous ever since. If you have a pool, do yourself a favor and use Golden State Pools for your service.

I Work with this company and they’re terrific and answer any questions to do with projects within a timely manner and have always been professional with me. It’s tough managing a company their size. Ray and Nick have it down to an science and I highly recommend them.
I’ve been using Golden State Pools for years. Gio is my pool guy and he does an awesome job. I have them taking care of everything, from weekly chemicals/cleaning to annual filter cleaning and the occasional repairs if needed (upgrading from an older Hayworth pump to a new Pentair variable speed pump for example or repairs to my Barracuda). They keep the pool sparkling and allow us to enjoy it as we wish.
